Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sacred Healing Oasis values integrity, respect, and clear expectations. Please review the following policy carefully before booking a session.

All services provided by Sacred Healing Oasis are experiential, time-based, and personalized. Sessions involve intuitive guidance, tarot reflection, and inner work support. Because of the nature of these services, all sales are considered final once a session has been delivered.

• No refunds are issued for completed sessions, including intuitive tarot readings, guidance sessions, or inner work services.
• Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with insights received, emotional responses, or personal interpretations of a session.
• Services are not predictive, guaranteed, or outcome-based.
   

• Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be forfeited without refund.
• Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
   

Sacred Healing Oasis understands that genuine emergencies can arise. In rare circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of Sacred Healing Oasis.

• All session packages and prepaid services are non-refundable.
• Unused sessions within a package may expire if not used within the agreed timeframe.
• Packages may not be transferred to another individual.
   

Any written readings, digital guidance, or emailed materials are considered delivered once sent and are non-refundable.

Sacred Healing Oasis reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if boundaries are not respected, or if a session becomes inappropriate or misaligned. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
